Free cancellation until 3 days before arrival; after that the booking is non-refundable.

Pay in full by PromptPay within 15 minutes of booking and upload the slip; the hotel confirms once it has checked the slip.

A booking is complete once the hotel confirms it. The total shown when you book is calculated by the system and includes tax and service charge.

We use your details only to process your booking and contact you about your stay, in line with Thailand's PDPA.
